About The Position

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our growing Business Development team as a Senior Business Development Account Manager.

  • Manage partner relationships: lead end-to-end management of partners accounts across commercial, legal, financial, and marketing functions.
  • Drive revenue growth: Identify and execute opportunities to expand existing partnerships through new products, markets, and channels.
  • Lead client strategy: act as a trusted advisor to partners, using data and market insights to influence decision-making and maximize performance.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities: Build and develop high-value relationships with potential partners to expand the company’s portfolio.
  • Utilise BI tools: Generate valuable data and insights to drive business decisions.
  • Ensure operational excellence: Oversee partner reporting, financial accuracy, and performance tracking to support scalable growth.
  • Operate in a high-performance environment: Manage multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and execution quality.

Requirements

  • High-level proficiency in English: Fluent and articulate communication skills are essential.
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles: account management, business development, partnerships or affiliation. Preferably in iGaming or affiliate marketing.
  • Ownership mentality: Self-starter who takes initiative and leads projects independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: A natural - people person who excels at building and maintaining positive relationships, both internally and externally.
  • Key account management expertise: Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and driving revenue growth from existing clients.
  • Creative problem-solver: An out-of-the-box thinker who brings innovative ideas to the table.
  • Self-driven and ambitious: Consistently takes initiative, driving projects forward with a focus on achieving growth and success.
  • Analytical and strategic thinker: Combines strong analytical skills with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
