HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist

About The Position

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

This role is focused primarily on recruitment activities (approximately 80% of the role), alongside additional HR-related responsibilities.

Talent Acquisition

  • Support recruitment processes for technical and business positions, primarily in Israel and the US
  • Open and publish job postings across relevant platforms
  • Conduct proactive sourcing activities through LinkedIn and additional channels
  • Screen and review resumes
  • Conduct HR phone interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process
  • Conduct reference checks
  • Maintain recruitment pipelines and hiring trackers

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support employee experience and welfare initiatives
  • Manage intern placements and relationships through internship programs and partnerships
  • Support the company’s employer branding and social media activities
  • Take part in onboarding processes for new employees

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in technological recruitment, preferably from a recruitment/staffing agency or an in-house tech environment
  • Hands-on experience sourcing candidates for technical roles
  • Experience conducting HR interviews 
  • Experience working with recruitment systems such as Spark Hire (Comeet)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent English and Hebrew

Nice to Have

  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems 
  • Experience in employee experience and welfare initiatives
  • Experience working in a startup environment
