We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
This role is focused primarily on recruitment activities (approximately 80% of the role), alongside additional HR-related responsibilities.
Talent Acquisition
- Support recruitment processes for technical and business positions, primarily in Israel and the US
- Open and publish job postings across relevant platforms
- Conduct proactive sourcing activities through LinkedIn and additional channels
- Screen and review resumes
- Conduct HR phone interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process
- Conduct reference checks
- Maintain recruitment pipelines and hiring trackers
Additional Responsibilities
- Support employee experience and welfare initiatives
- Manage intern placements and relationships through internship programs and partnerships
- Support the company’s employer branding and social media activities
- Take part in onboarding processes for new employees
