About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Office Manager to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will be leading the day-to-day office operations to ensure that things run smoothly and efficiently supporting various initiatives to maintain a positive employee experience.

  • Manage day-to-day administrative activities and office operations, including food and supply orders, cleaning services, deliveries, and ongoing office needs.
  • Handle day-to-day office maintenance issues by coordinating directly with relevant service providers, technicians, and vendors.
  • Work closely with the accounting department on invoices, payment tracking, bank-related matters, and ongoing financial administration.
  • Manage all company travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and related travel logistics.
  • Help plan and execute the company employee experience strategy, including employee activities, events, happy hours, holidays, and more.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employees on all office-related matters.
  • Ensure a pleasant working environment and smooth day-to-day administrative operations.
  • Work closely with the IT Manager on ongoing office and employee needs.
  • Partner closely with HR and assist with onboarding new hires.


Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in office management, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Highly proactive with the ability to execute projects end-to-end.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Experience working with Mesh - a strong advantage.
  • High level of English and Hebrew, both verbal and written.
  • Highly service-oriented, creative, resourceful, and forward-thinking.
